Ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Consumer Engagement Specialist is responsible for designing, developing and monitoring a plan of activities aimed at increasing the retention of existing customers and attracting new potential target customers with the brand's values. /p h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liManages the annual investment budget divided by market. /li liAnalyzes customer insights and contributes to building a CRM strategy aimed at identifying the clusters most receptive to retention and acquisition activities. /li liDesigns, in agreement with the Consumer Engagement Manager, a retention and prospect/lead acquisition strategy consistent with brand objectives. /li liDevelops a marketing plan containing objectives, targets and format and is responsible for sharing it with the individual countries. /li liMaintains constant contact and shares targeting with the CRM Division. /li liCoordinates with the internal offices involved (VM, Communication, E-procurement...) for the production of materials and services consistent with the defined format. /li liPrepares and shares the briefing to the Consumer Channel, including organizational details, dynamics and staff roles during the event. /li liDesigns and develops the customer journey both automatic and related to events (e.g., brand experience) and specific campaigns (e.g., lead acquisition). /li liAnalyzes and interprets the data linked to the projects followed (Redemption events, campaigns transmitted by CRM department...). /li liTakes care of training for the offices involved such as the Consumer Channel on execution of customer projects, events and campaigns, and E-procurement for the selection of suitable suppliers for the organization of events. /li liDeepens and keeps constantly updated its knowledge of suppliers, consultants and agencies, dealing with the related management and negotiations. /li liPromotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of responsibilities. /li liPromotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within the function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business. /li liAdopts behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and the Organizational Community. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3/4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or project support, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry. /li liFluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). /li liStrong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks at once. /li liDetail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative attitude. /li liPassion for fashion, branding, and creative marketing. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pIf you are passionate about fashion, highly organized, eager to learn, and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment, you can't miss this opportunity! /p h3Seniority level /h3 pEntry level /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull-time /p h3Job function /h3 pMarketing /p h3Industries /h3 pRetail Apparel and Fashion /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
