Responsibilities

As a PEOPLE SERVICES LEGAL ENTITIES INTERNSHIP you will:

- Learn the various ways of entry and internal mobility (recruitment, internship, secondment) within the Group.
- Manage Time Management for several CCNL and CIA reference agreements.
- Be involved in support activities for the operation of processes.
Key Support Activities
- Provide specialist support to the Legal Entities structures of the BNPP Group.
- Assist directly to collaborators.
- Communicate with external entities.
- Preside on regulatory compliance.
- Analyze and report HR data.
Candidate Ideal
- Young university graduate in economics, law or related disciplines.
- Shows commitment, passion, energy and positivity.
- Communicates with clarity and fluidity.
- Is capable of managing critical situations.
- Has knowledge of labor law.
- Keeps up-to-date with regulatory changes that affect the field.
- Is comfortable working with data.
- Has a good command of English and the Office suite, especially Excel.
