Deliver project activities under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs and effective issue resolution, including troubleshooting, conflict management and stakeholder coordinationContribute to shaping the transformation agenda in alignment with Allianz Group strategic priorities, gaining exposure to initiatives across Finance, Operations, Innovation and AI-enabled domainsSupport the management of transformation projects by coordinating internal and external teams across design, implementation and rollout phasesLead small to mid-sized workstreams, supporting management consultants in consolidating and presenting outcomes to clientsEnable clients to adopt agile ways of working and innovative approaches within strategic, large-scale transformation programsConduct client-specific analyses, synthesize findings, and translate results into clear, actionable insights and recommendationsContribute to business development activities, including the preparation of proposals and pitches—particularly across Finance, Operations, Productivity and TransformationSupport the deployment of finance, technology and innovation solutions across teams and geographies, ensuring efficient end-to-end delivery
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science/Engineering or a comparable disciplineFor Consultant roles: 3-5 years of experience in insurance, consulting or strategic project management rolesSound project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesExcellent communication and executive-level presentation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders in a client-facing environmentAbility to translate complex technical topics into clear, business-focused deliverablesStrong interest in the insurance business (prior technical experience is not required)Proactive, structured and collaborative working style, combined with a strong problem-solving mindsetStrong Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced Excel (data analysis, modeling) and PowerPoint (structured slide development) capabilitiesFull professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spokenWe highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our teamDemonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
