Operatore centro scommesse – Formia Etjca S.p.a. (Filiale di Roma Galati), a prominent betting and gaming company, is looking for an Operatore centri scommesse to support and promote the activity of its affiliate betting points.
Responsibilities
Forming and updating store staff on products and promotional initiatives.
Monitoring performance of PV, identifying criticalities and opportunities.
Managing promotional material setup and visual merchandising.
Providing periodic reports on activities and results.
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial sales or promotions.
Knowledge of key IT tools and digital technologies.
Excellent organizational, communicative and relational skills.
Strong commercial orientation and result‑focused.
Proactive in innovation and continuous improvement.
Preferably self‑employed.
Working Conditions Tempo pieno 40 hours on rotating shifts, 6 days a week, hours to be negotiated.
Initial contract for 6 months with possibility of extension.
Compensation and Benefits
Package based on budget, level V of CCNL Commercio.
Performance‑based incentive.
