For our client, an international company operating in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager is responsible for end-to-end finance processes, ensuring accurate input for determining and realizing company targets and strategy from a financial and economic perspective. The role supports the commercial team in business decisions and opportunity identification, improving transparency to achieve business targets while partnering with Sales, Product Line, R&D, and management team to boost profitable growth in the market.Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end finance processes in the local entitiesEnsure internal and external financial statements are properly reported, reviewed, and reconciled on timeManage relationships with external stakeholdersLead the budget and forecast cycle, coordinating all relevant functions and challenging them to meet business targetsManage cash‐flow and forecast, flag risks to group management and develop mitigation plans with local managementMonitor business performance (EBITDA, NWC trend, product margins)Drive financial performance improvement initiatives (cost reduction, asset management, capital efficiency, productivity)Ensure tax, statutory, financial, and regulatory complianceCoach and develop the accounting team to ensure timely deliverablesLead harmonization and process improvement projectsProvide ad hoc analysis to address business needs

Requirements
Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field5–7+ years of experience in Finance Manager, Head of Administration, or controlling‐related rolesStrong technical knowledge of ITA GAAP and IFRSProven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance managementSolid understanding of treasury processes and cash‐flow managementFluent in English (written and spoken)Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‐functional teams and senior managementHands‐on, operational mindset
