As the Licenses, Branded Properties & Hospitality Business Director you will be responsible for strategically overseeing, managing and developing all the portfolio projects related to the Furniture, Branded Properties & Hospitalities. The purpose is to ensure alignment with Brand standards, maximizing business performance, and exploring new innovative opportunities for growth and development elevating the FENDI image within the fashion and luxury market. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder and energetic business developer with commercial acumen and a global perspective. This role is based at Fendi HQ in Rome and reports directly to the WW Managing Director Retail & Wholesale. Job responsibilities Furniture License Follow up over the Fendi Casa business, overseeing budget and business plan preparation Review the advertising & promotion of initiatives Provide strategic insight through the preparation of periodic reports for top management Lead expansion by reviewing new DOS opening proposals Ensure brand integrity by monitoring the application of the License agreement clauses Company Branded projects Curate new projects selection formalizing the strategy, along with contract negotiation and formalization Manage the development of the new projects and supervise the existing ones Develop comprehensive financial reports, track payment and participate to audit Hospitalities Supervise the current businesses analysing the qualitative standards ensuring expectations are met Develop and implement strategies, creating global standards and explore potential future developments and opportunities for Fendi Follow-up over the business results Close follow-up on local operations being the referent person for all the zones Profile Proven experience (10/15 years) in managing branded properties, licenses, and/or hospitality businesses. Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and operational requirements. Financial acumen and experience with budget management, financial reporting, and analysis. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present information to top management.
