The Manager In Training Program is designed and developed to prepare the person to quickly achieve managerial positions within the store.
The person, ready to play a key role in our brand, will start an international career within the Stores in the EMEA region such as Milan, Paris, London, Zurich, Munich and Vienna.
MIT Program is a unique learning journey which will provide the overall expertise in all aspects of running a MONCLER Flagship Store. The person will have by their side our leadership teams, HR department and their mentor, whom will provide guidance and assistance to support and help the person succeed on this exciting journey.
AREAS OF DEVELOPMENT:
As a Manager In Training the person will grow through individual and structured stages and will develop skills and capabilities through an immersive experience into different areas of Retail excellence, Product, Operations and People Management:
Selling, Clienteling, After Sales, CRM data analysis and reporting
Inspire and lead the team to prioritize hospitality and client engagement, ensuring every Client Advisor embodies this mindset to build lasting relationships
Ensure client experience: lead from the store floor, actively managing customer flow, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring no client is left unattended, enhancing satisfaction and developing brand loyalty
Analyse data to extract insights, trends, and patterns, generating reports and developing actions to reach specific goals and KPIs
Product:
Analyse and improve category performance by monitoring assigned categories closely and propose proactive action plans to meet targets effectively;
Collaborate with Store Manager and Merchandising team by providing valuable feedback on products, visual displays and category requests to support business growth;
Support the training activities ensuring Client Advisors receive comprehensive product training, stay updated on market trends, and are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, leverage digital platforms to enhance both in-store and online product sales.ù
Operations:
Systems & Processes, Stock, Administration
Oversee administrative tasks and duties such as record-keeping, documentation, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies while supporting the smooth operation of the business
Support the inventory activities
Support opening and closing of the store as Manager on duty
Monitor your team’s adherence to company policies and procedures
Team Management:
Organization, Engagement, Development
Offer continuous support, coaching, and constructive feedback to aid in their growth, maintaining motivation and fostering a cohesive team environment
Foster trust, integrity, and excellence, inspiring team members to uphold high performance standards
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of employee engagement, from recruitment to performance management, while collaborating with Store Manager and HR to address any personnel matters, and lead Store Morning Briefings to ensure alignment with business objectives and daily priorities
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
Truly passionate about retail, leading teams and achieving results
Curiosity and familiarity with luxury, fashion, and clienteling are highly valued
Fluent in English; Knowledge of a third language is highly appreciated
Willingness to travel and relocate in Europe or even worldwide
Consistent academic background: BA/MA from top-level Hospitality and Business Schools
Previous work experience in retail is not required to apply for this program
