VisitNestlé NestléneedsYOUth Innovation YEP Position Snapshot - Nestlé in Italy, Milan HQ - Undergraduates or graduates in marketing, economics or equivalent - Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities - Full-time internship (6 months) - Start date: May Position Summary You will support the Team in designing the product portfolio for both Retail & Out of Retail channels for 2026 campaigns, through market data analysis and I&R process (from idea generation, to launch and post-evaluation). You will also support the Team in managing PR and Media activities (digital in particular) of 2024 campaigns. A Day in the Life of - Tracking and monitoring of brand performance in the market; - Support the Team on both internal (finance, trade marketing, sales) and external stakeholders (creative, digital and PR agencies) activities; - Support in innovation and renovation process with focus on artwork development and approval; - Support for the development/implementation of digital activities (web sites, e-commerce, e-retailer’ contents); - Support for the implementation of consumer/trade promotional materials. What will make you successful? - Undergraduates or graduates in marketing, economics or equivalent; - Passionate about marketing, with a positive and curios attitude; - Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (good knowledge of Excel); - With good communication and relationship skills; - Responsible, proactive and result focus; - Fluent in both Italian and English.
