Position
Junior Service Admin Coordinator (f/m/d)
Key Responsibilities
Basic collaboration with Field Service Engineers (FSE) requests. Acts as intermediary between customer, 3 party Vendors and Service Engineers
Learns to apply company policies and procedures to quote processing, invoicing including coordination of all field service related tasks
Forster interpersonal skills to manage and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications
High School diploma (A level), apprenticeship or equivalent
Willingness to develop in a multicultural environment
C1 Level Language Skills (English + Italian)
Preferred Experience
Order administration role, preferably in a fast-changing service environment
Working with CRM System - Salesforce and Oracle
