Position OverviewThe Production and Capacity Planner will be part of the Order Fulfilment team and collaborate with Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain for daily activities, with a focus on slitting operations.ResponsibilitiesSchedule slitting machines in line with service objectives defined by Supply Chain (OTIF and OTD).Support shipment planning for national and international customers, ensuring compliance with service timelines.Coordinate handling of finished and semi‐finished products, including external providers.Contribute to process improvement projects to optimize service KPIs, production efficiency, and order management.Update and monitor KPI reporting according to company standards.Interface with Customer Service for order confirmations, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.Support immediate responses to external requests (commercial, supply chain, operations) through the use and development of production planning tools.Support inventory accuracy and stock analysis.Identify bottlenecks between industrial and commercial product planning; ensure consistency with communicated forecasts, identify potential issues, and report expected impacts promptly.QualificationsHigh level of knowledge and experience in analysis, supply chain planning or production planning.Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or a similar field.Excellent problem‐solving, organizational, and communication skills for building strong relationships internally and externally (spoken and written).Accountability, engagement, and high motivation at work.Ability to build customer loyalty and foster a customer‐centric team environment.Strong relational skills and ability to collaborate with different functions of the plant.Strong leadership skills: proactivity, drive, communication, influence, high energy, and sense of responsibility.Proficiency in English.LocationBased in Caponago (MB)We are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.
