Lindt & Sprüngli Italy is seeking a Business Partner for SAP services related to Production, Production Planning, and Quality Management. The Business Partner will be responsible for planning and executing projects, analyzing and supporting processes, and guiding Service, Incident & Problem Management in these areas. The role also involves managing core applications within the plant. This position requires a solid understanding of SAP solutions, strong project management skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities: Understanding end-to-end business processes such as production, co-packing/co-manufacturing, supply chain, production scheduling, and quality management. Leading projects and system enhancements, coordinating the implementation of new functions and features. Coordinating with global teams, internal teams, business users, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on tasks, objectives, and deliverables. Monitoring work progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing value-added solutions. Communicating regularly with stakeholders and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Leading requirements definition and translating them into functional documentation. Supporting testing processes, including unit and integration testing. Assisting Process Owners and Key Users in change management processes. Providing strategic support and roadmap planning for the business. Qualifications and Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with at least 10 years of experience or two full implementation cycles in SAP S/4HANA modules such as Manufacturing, IBP, and Quality Management, or ECC equivalents. Understanding of production, supply chain, and quality management processes and their interactions with other SAP modules like FICO, SD, MM, and integrations such as MES and SAP EWM. Extensive project management experience. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and value delivery. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proximity to the production plant in Induno is a preferred qualification. Customer and quality-oriented mindset, collaborative attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
