This role is focused on driving customer success and adoption of TASER and Axon products and solutions within Public Safety and adjacent sectors in the region. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pbYour Impact /b /p pBe part of a team that bridges citizens and public safety professionals by deploying, supporting, and enabling the use of Axon technologies. You will work with the Country Manager, Sales and Engineering teams, and in-country partners to ensure successful adoption and deployment. /p h3Your Day to Day /h3 ul liProvide timely, professional technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing platforms /li liOwn and follow through on support cases from intake to resolution (Tier 1–3) /li liLead onsite and remote installations of Axon hardware and software /li liDeliver technical training and onboarding to customers and partners as part of product deployment /li liCollaborate with local partners and distributors, supporting their technical readiness and field performance /li liMaintain deep expertise across the Axon product ecosystem, tools, and implementation workflows /li liTravel as needed (approximately 40%) to support installations, escalations, training, and evaluations /li liDocument and escalate product issues, bugs, and field trends to Engineering and Product teams /li liSupport product evaluations with installation, configuration, and field testing /li liSchedule and lead regular technical check-ins with assigned customers /li liCoordinate with internal teams to proactively address customer needs and deployment blockers /li liAdapt to evolving regional needs and occasionally support cross-functional priorities /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years in a technical support, professional services, or field implementation role /li liStrong technical knowledge in: Networking (TCP / IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, proxies); Relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL); IaaS (AWS, Azure); Digital video, mobile communications, embedded systems, IAM, SaaS /li liExperience with computing infrastructure, system support, and data centers /li liConfident in diagnosing and integrating complex IT systems with strong troubleshooting skills /li liStrong communication in English and Italian, capable of interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders /li liProficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, Trello, Slack, Quip; quick to adopt new tools /li liIndependent, remote-friendly work style; proactive and self-motivated /li liStrong interpersonal skills and business acumen; able to collaborate across teams /li liWilling and able to travel up to 40% within region and abroad /li liLegal right to live and work in Italy and travel internationally /li liBonus: Understanding of software development, project tracking, or data analysis /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPrior military or law enforcement experience /li liBachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience /li liService Management and / or Professional Services experience in the public safety or defence sector is a plus /li /ul pDon’t meet every single requirement?
