Job Description:
Your Tasks
* Manage the integration into the Mutares finance and reporting processes of our portfolio companies on-site and support the Operations finance workstream
* Work closely with the CFO, the local finance team as well as the Mutares restructuring team on site and the Mutares Group finance team of the Holding
* Manage the financial integration of new acquisitions into the Mutares Group (e.g. establish opening balance, manage PPA, perform IFRS conversion)
* Manage and improve financial statement closing and other finance/controlling processes and at the same time establish a well-functioning finance organisation in the portfolio company
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit processes
Your Profile
* At least 4 years of experience in management consulting or a Big4 consulting firm (both preferably with restructuring experience) or controlling/finance department of an industry firm
* Finance-related degree from a reputable university or business school
* Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, experience with SAP or other ERP systems or LucaNet is a plus
* Business fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel 2 -3 days per week
