Job Description:
CONTEXT
The Global Application & Processes Manager is responsible for leading project activities, including process design and stakeholder management, to optimize business processes and implement technology solutions within the Menarini Group. The role requires collaboration across departments to ensure successful project delivery and system optimization.
The candidate will oversee technical design, system configuration, and maintenance, working closely with Solution Architects and Infrastructure Leads. They will also gather requirements, develop business cases, and ensure cost-effective solution delivery.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Mapping and analyzing business processes
* Re-designing processes to meet business goals
* Improving operational models
* Benchmarking emerging technologies and advocating for their adoption
* Acting as Change Manager in organizational projects
* Supporting change management and stakeholder engagement
Project Management and Execution:
* Interacting with key users and process owners
* Gathering and analyzing requirements
* Designing technical solutions
* Managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Leading multiple projects and managing external vendors
* Configuring and implementing software
* Monitoring project progress and risks
* Driving user adoption and post-implementation support
Application Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
* Gathering feedback and lessons learned
* Identifying areas for improvement
* Monitoring vendor performance and budgets
* Ensuring governance and compliance
Business Applications Management
* Managing lifecycle of business applications
* Supervising system integration and roadmaps
* Collaborating with vendors and infrastructure teams
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Bachelor or Master in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
* English proficiency from B2 level
Professional Experience:
* At least 5 years in a similar role within an international or consulting environment
* Experience in transformation initiatives and process analysis
* Deep knowledge of Demand to Stock processes, especially in pharmaceuticals
* Proven success in implementing business applications (ERP, MES, Serialization Software)
* Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems like SAP PM
* Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
Additional Skills:
* Experience in digital transformation and organizational design
* Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
* Proactivity, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills
* Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred
