First, Who
You are a dynamic and proactive professional with a strong curiosity for emerging technologies. You possess the unique ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Then, What
You will join our AI & Analytics department, working in close synergy with Data Engineering, IT, and key Business Units. You will be part of a young, "natively digital" environment focused on technological experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct proactive research into new AI solutions and emerging market technologies.
* You will be responsible for creating Proof of Concepts (PoC), testing identified solutions, and managing their sharing and integration into business processes.
* Provide technical support to AI figures and internal stakeholders across Finance, Claims, IT, and Underwriting, optimizing existing workflows through advanced modeling.
Key Requirements
* At least 2-3 years in similar roles (AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist).
* Strong technical competence in AI architectures and Machine Learning models.
* Mastery of Python and its primary data manipulation libraries.
* Proven experience in training "smart" libraries and implementing solutions based on LLMs and Generative AI.
* Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams to deliver result-oriented technical solutions.
