Pharma Point, on behalf of an established international pharmaceutical company, is seeking a QA Specialist to join the Quality team.
Reporting to the International QA Manager, the role will support the implementation and maintenance of the International Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP and applicable international guidelines, and contributing to the overall quality and compliance of marketed products.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Managing deviations, CAPAs and change controls
* Handling technical quality complaints from the market
* Supporting product returns and recalls management
* Supporting internal audits and related CAPA follow-up
* Supporting supplier qualification and monitoring, including Quality Technical Agreements
* Contributing to Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) and Quality Management Reviews
* Supporting quality training activities across countries
* Participating in support of external audits by Regulatory Authorities and Certification Bodies
* Supporting validation documentation within the eQMS
Requirements
* 3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a multinational pharmaceutical company
* Strong knowledge of GxP and Quality Management Systems
* Experience supporting internal/external audits is a plus
* Fluent English
* Well organized, proactive and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
