PpWe are looking for an HR Plant Administration Specialist to join our HR Payroll Administration Team. /p pHow you make the difference /p pAs an HR Plant Administration Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant and timely HR administrative processes at the plant level, supporting business operations and employee satisfaction. /p pHow your agenda looks like: /p ulliProvide advice and support to employees on payslips, taxation, social security and contractual matters, as well as on topics such as pension and healthcare funds; /liliSupport the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of monthly data; /liliManage mandatory communications to public authorities in case of hiring, termination, contract extensions or intercompany transfers; /liliPrepare and handle payroll accounting reconciliations and payments related to social security, taxes, pension funds and union contributions; /liliCoordinate the onboarding process for new hires on their first day. /li /ul pYour team: /p pYou’ll directly report to our HR Administration Payroll Manager. /p pWhat makes you a great fit: /p ulliEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources or a related field is preferred; /liliWork Experience: 2/3 years of experience in similar roles; /liliKnowledge of CCNL Industria Chimica and Alimentare; /liliFamiliarity with ADP Payroll and SuccessFactors systems; /liliAttention to detail and problem-solving skills; /liliExcellent communication skills, with a strong sense of confidentiality; /liliLocal language: Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English. /li /ul pWhat’s in for you: /p ulliWork location: The role requires on-site presence at both the Nova Milanese (MI) and Cermenate (CO) plants /liliContract type: Permanent /liliWorking Hours: Full Time /liliRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available /li /ul pCurious About Us?
