The part you'll play
As Master Data Specialist you will join our Headquarters in Milan, being part of Showroom department to support the management and optimisation of data for the upcoming sales campaign. This role is crucial to ensure that all product, customer, and transaction data are accurate, consistent, and easily accessible for all involved business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Optimisation :
Ensure that master data related to products, customers, and sales is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, in line with the requirements of the sales campaign and the specifications of the luxury sector.
Sales Operations Support :
Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and showroom management teams to ensure that all necessary campaign information is available and accurate in the systems.
Data Quality Control :
Monitor data quality and take corrective actions to resolve any discrepancies, ensuring that data remains consistent and reliable .
Training and Support :
Provide support to internal teams on using data management platforms and the training manual.
Data Lifecycle Management :
Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of master data, from input to disposal, ensuring that all information is handled with the utmost accuracy and timeliness .
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Business or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other management tools
Comfort with data management or administrative tasks, preferably gained within the luxury or retail industry
Strong product sensitivity and genuine interest in the luxury sector
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
Fixed-Term Contract. Availability to work in Milan from 19th May to 11th June ’25 (weekends and bank holidays included).
