Provide expert and well-reasoned HR advice and ensure that all people activities are managed in line with The Bloc Culture and Values, policy and local regulations and standards.
Act as sparring partner for senior leaders advising and supporting them on all relevant HR topics: policies, procedures, legal requirements, salary negotiations, career development, etc… making sure this links into the agency standards.
Support the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, participating in interviews, and advising on candidate selection to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
Coordinate training plans, training manuals or other learning material for employees. Identify development opportunities and create plans to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.
Participate or lead HR projects aligned, among others, with our objectives of digitalization and simplification.
Support EU People Director in legal issues
Payroll specialist:
Manage all activities related to the personnel administration and payroll service, ensuring their accuracy, correct timing and application of legal obligations,
Act as the primary contact with external payroll providers, submitting data for the monthly payroll process, reviewing preliminary reports, and approving the final version of payslips.
Manage contracts and documentation relating to the hiring, onboarding and offboarding (letters of employment, extensions, transformations, disciplinary and exit agreements).
Process workforce lifecycle changes and data entry such as personal data, employment contracts, compensation pack, promotions, and benefits and updates by ensuring accuracy in HR and attendance systems.
Supervise all administrative activities relating to types of absences, holidays, illnesses, leaves of absence, law 104 and accidents in accordance with our CCNL
Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports based on payroll data, including statistical reports and KPIs.
At least 5 years working experience in managing complex and/ or high-volume processes
Degree in HR, Legal, Economics or similar
A deep understanding of the labour law and Italian Commerce CCNL regulations
A proven track record of hands-on experience in legal compliance related to payroll & benefits processes
Professional level in English and Italian
Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
Flexible mindset with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
