Job Responsibilities
1. Defining the KPIs pertaining the commercial, operative, quality, technical and financial objectives (order intake, revenues, margins, cash flow, credit collection, resources)
2. Monitoring current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures, credit collection, cash flow, order intake.
3. Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
4. Analyzing operational figures and key performance indicators to identify business or administrative issues, identifying the root causes and implementing corrective actions
5. Ensuring timely and high-quality financial reporting and analysis to the BU
6. Ensuring analysis and interpretation of financial information to produce forecasts of business and industry
7. Identifying, contributing toward and driving business improvement initiatives and optimizes current processes. #LI-MP3

Requirements
13. Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
14. At least 2 years in a similar role
15. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Access and proficiency Excel)
16. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and organizational abilities
17. Ability to manage deadlines and organize monthly and quarterly monitoring activities.
