Job Description MGID, founded in 2008, is one of the leading companies in native advertising. We enable our media partners to monetize their audience and help brands promote their services and goods effectively.

MGID offers a range of integrated solutions covering the entire promotion process, from planning marketing strategies to their implementation and optimization. Our clients include major international brands such as Renault, Domino’s, Airbnb, Pizza Hut, Qatar Airlines, and many others, including media organizations and web agencies.

What will you do :

* Engage with different types of publishers and their hierarchy of employees to establish partnerships.
* Complete daily tasks such as calling potential publishers, conducting online and offline meetings, sending emails, updating HubSpot, requesting internal assistance to close deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
* Perform according to periodically assigned KPIs.
* Create custom proposals using our product strengths and specifics for clients and publishers.
* Apply knowledge of strategies for client attraction and retention.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential clients and adTech entities in the region.
* Organize workflows with clients to maximize revenue and minimize losses.
* Engage in lead generation activities using tools like Similar Web, Red Volcano, Alexa, and Public.
* Build a pipeline of priority websites for different client tiers.
* Evaluate ad placements, rates, and formats considering website layouts across tiers.
* Create necessary documents such as presentations, proposals, commercial offer letters, and revenue-sharing agreements.
* Generate ideas for new ad types and formats, share competitor insights.
* Represent the company at industry events, sign new partners, and strengthen existing relationships.
* Collaborate with the client’s team to ensure successful ad code and tech implementation with the Account Manager.

Requirements

Who you are :

* Have 3+ years of experience in publisher acquisition and development.
* Capable of ideating and innovating publisher acquisition strategies and adapting to market dynamics.
* Possess business development experience and a strong network within the native and publisher industry.
* Knowledge of monetization opportunities, revenue models, market understanding, competition mapping, native advertising technology, and its limitations.
* Experience with native players is a plus.
* Experience working with publishers, content websites, media groups, app developers, tech companies, and networks, especially from Italy.
* Strong understanding of revenue generation strategies from technology partners/vendors.
* Knowledge of approaches to working with clients from specific categories and traffic sources.
* Experience with AdTech/MarTech, native platforms, ad-serving platforms, publisher alliances, and programmatic monetization.
* Familiarity with analytics platforms and tools.
