Adecco Senior Consultant is seeking, on behalf of a Software House located in Nova Milanese, a Help Desk professional to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage tickets and requests via phone, email, and internal platform
2. Understand and explain software functionalities related to environmental regulations (e.g., waste declarations, forms, traceability)
3. Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
* Degree in environmental, legal disciplines, or related fields (e.g., Environmental Engineering, Law)
* Knowledge of environmental regulations, especially regarding end-of-life vehicles and waste management (ELV sector)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage requests autonomously
