Job Opportunity – Maître d’Hôtel Le Dune Piscinas – 5 Luxury Resort | Sardinia:
We are seeking a dynamic Maitre to join our team on a full-time basis for the next season, from the end of April 2026 until the end of October 2026,on-site basis in Arbus, southwestern Sardinia.
The Maitre will be the key figure in ensuring the highest level of dining experience and service excellence across the resort’s three restaurants and bar. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing and training staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
For this role, it is highly preferable to find a Maitre who can bring a cohesive and experienced team with them, ideally including 4-5 Chef de Rang, as we value candidates who can immediately establish a well-integrated service group capable of working in perfect synergy to deliver a seamless luxury dining experience.
The ideal candidate has significant experience in luxury dining, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in managing high-end restaurant teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Maitre, Head Waiter, or Restaurant Manager in luxury hotels or fine dining
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Knowledge of luxury service standards and dining protocols
- Fluency in Italian and English; German or French a plus
- Familiarity with MS Office and restaurant management software
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality
- High school diploma; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
