Responsibilities include preparing and cooking high‐quality pizzas, selecting and handling fresh ingredients, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring proper food safety standards. The Pizzaiolo will also actively participate in creating a welcoming environment and managing customer orders to deliver exceptional experiences.Qualifications
Proficiency in pizza‐making techniques, including dough preparation, topping arrangement, and oven operation.Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols in food preparation environments.Understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient selection for creating exceptional pizzas.Strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with attention to detail and consistency.Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo or in a similar culinary role is a plus.Basic conversational proficiency in Spanish or Italian is beneficial.
