✔️ Responsibilities
* Provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth travel experience
* Stay up to date with relevant travel information, destinations, and service providers
* Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences efficiently
* Handle complex travel bookings, including flights, rail, accommodations, and additional services
✔️ Requirements
* Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken
* 5+ years of experience in a business travel consultant role, handling air, rail, and accommodation bookings
* 2+ years of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – Mandatory
* Experience in customer-facing roles or contact center environments
* Proficiency with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
* Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 11 PM)
