Responsibilities / Tasks

How you’ll make an impact

- Manage complex service offers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs
- Support the development of selected service products, from in-depth analysis to market launch—both for external customers and internal GEA Regions & Countries
- Participate in technical discussions and commercial negotiations with customers
- Collaborate with GEA Regions & Countries to grow the service business and strengthen local capabilities (e.g. joint customer visits, training preparation, etc.)
- Actively contribute to expanding the service portfolio by promoting upgrades, maintenance contracts, and conducting service audits

Your Profile / Qualifications
- Strong mechanical background; knowledge of automation and software is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Well-organized, analytical mindset, and problem-solving approach using creative and adaptive methods
- Proactive, service-oriented, and open-minded; thrives in team environments

Premio points if you have…
- Previous experience in Service roles
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Curiosity and a strong work ethic are highly valued
