The role sits at the intersection of the creative team—responsible for producing marketing assets—and senior coordination, working closely with leadership on relationship management and project oversight. The ideal candidate is extroverted, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing both creative workflows and organizational priorities.Key responsibilities: · Support and assistance to the RE branding and Marketing director· Coordinate communication between brand, developers, and external partners· Manage marketing contracts and related documentation· Oversee development of marketing assets, ensuring timelines, approvals, and quality standards are met· Support creation of marketing materials using Adobe tools · Update and manage website content (projects, press releases, journal articles)· Write content for website, newsletters, and marketing materials· Plan, structure, and manage newsletters· Support PR team with strategy coordination, activities, and approvals· Create commercial presentations· Assist in event planning and organization· Manage and update social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn)Required Qualifications:· Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office · Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools· Strong organizational and multitasking skills· Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines· Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in italian and english· Knowledge of spanish is considered as a plus· Familiarity with WordPress and MailerLite is a plusAppreciated soft skills:· Extroversion· Creativity· Flexibility· Positive attitude· Work independence · Proactive approach· Ability to work under pressure and in tight timelines· Ability to work in teamOpenness to a culture of continuous feedback.· Curiosity and enthusiasm for our daily tasksWhat we offer· A young, creative and collaborative work environment.· Opportunities for professional development and growth.· Flexibility in working hours and the option for remote workThe Recruitment ProcessApply onlineIf your profile matches our search, you will be contacted by our HR team for a first exploratory interview.
