POSTING PRESENTATION: You will play a key role in the SiC Technology volume ramp-up at ST, based in our new mass-production fab in Catania, Italy, dedicated to SiC substrate wafers. This facility is Europe's first of its kind for volume SiC epitaxial substrate production, integrating all production steps. There is a strong collaboration with STMicroelectronics Silicon Carbide AB in Norrköping, Sweden, offering opportunities for on-site training and collaboration. This center has been developing SiC technology for over 20 years. Your main responsibility will be to facilitate the transition from R&D to mass production, focusing on qualifying new measurement equipment and monitoring its performance in the production environment.
