As the RD IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) you will be responsible for managing the RD IT operations and serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units ensuring technology solutions are aligned with business goals and strategies. /p h3BRM Role /h3 h3Strategic Partnership Alignment /h3 pServe as the primary liaison between IT and business units ensuring technology solutions are aligned with business goals and strategies. /p pBuild and nurture strategic partnerships to drive value and success across business and IT teams. /p pDevelop and maintain comprehensive IT roadmaps that support multi-year investment planning and business objectives (using frameworks like BATS). /p h3Demand Portfolio Management /h3 pLead portfolio intake and demand management evaluating and prioritizing new project requests and enhancements. /p pParticipate in approval processes (e.g. PBR / ARB) to ensure projects meet business needs and strategic direction. /p pOwn and maintain the process for aligning technology investments with business imperatives and value streams. /p h3Relationship Management /h3 pMonitor and continuously improve IT services based on stakeholder feedback changing business needs and emerging technologies. /p h3Business Needs Assessment Solutioning /h3 pAssess current and future business needs identifying opportunities for technology to support and improve business functions. /p pGuide teams in adopting new technologies and resolving issues acting as a strategic advisor. /p h3Stakeholder Engagement Communication /h3 pFoster strong communication and trust with stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles. /p pAct as the single point of contact (SPOC) for business-related IT requirements escalation and issue resolution. /p h3Governance Compliance /h3 pEnsure IT initiatives and projects are integrated and compliant with broader business strategies regulatory requirements and security standards. /p pCollaborate with Infosec and other teams for incident management compliance reviews and audits. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pResponsible for managing the RD IT operations and serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units ensuring technology solutions are aligned with business goals and strategies. /p pOversee IT Partners to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems. /p pProvide oversight of the end-user support for laptops, desktops, printers and other IT-related equipment. /p pEnsure efficient onboarding of new employees and ensure their IT needs are met and manage the offboarding / exit process for departing employees. /p pCoordinate with Compliance team to support GxP workstations and IT QA activities including IQ / OQ and computer system validation. /p pbMonitor the helpdesk ticketing queue and SLA adherence. /b /p pProvide support / advice for RD Lab equipment integration IT tools implementation as per standard framework. /p pManage the budget forecast including annual Capex / OpEx forecast and tracking and approve invoices for various IT costs. /p pCoordinate with IT procurement for new application / tools procurement vendor management. /p pCoordinate with Infosec for any security incidents and participate in regular compliance reviews audits. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field. /li liAt least 10-12 years of experience in IT with a focus on RD IT operations and management. /li liStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems including networking, telecom, audio / video and conferencing. /li liGood understanding of RD Laboratory tools / applications in Pharma / Med device environment. /li liStrong understanding of GxP workstation and IT QA activities including IQ / OQ and computer system validation. /li liExperience with helpdesk ticketing and SLA adherence. /li liGood knowledge of local data center support including server / storage Linux infra and regular health monitoring, OS patches and updates. /li liExperience with backup and restoration BCP / DRP documentation and yearly testing. /li liStrong understanding of applications and tools support. /li liExperience with IT procurement and vendor management. /li liStrong knowledge of budget forecasting and tracking and invoice approval. /li libMust have bilingual skills Italian English. /b /li liEffective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. /li liStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues. /li liExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. /li /ul h3Reasonable Accommodation /h3 pVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
