Your main responsibilities You will: - Manage and monitor IT ServiceNow ticket queues, handling incidents and workarounds efficiently. - Plan and execute Hardware Asset Management Lifecycle services, including ordering and purchasing IT hardware such as PCs, tablets, and printers. - Contribute actively to global IS WT projects, including infrastructure lifecycle changes. Your background We imagine that you have: - A technical degree in IT or equivalent experience. - 2-4 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a similar field. - Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is: - Service-oriented, with effective communication skills and the ability to present information clearly to peers and end-users. - Extroverted, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong organizational skills and a focus on achieving results. - Enjoys working in a collaborative and inclusive environment. - Knowleadge of ITIL and preferable ITIL foundation certificate What’s in it for you?
