About The Role
We are expanding our client services team across Europe to support the growth of a key account in 21 markets. We are seeking an Account Executive/Client Operations Coordinator to join our team in Italy. This is a permanent role that can be performed remotely with occasional travel.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring operational processes are executed promptly, compliantly, and in accordance with local requirements in the complex South-Eastern European market. You will manage operational administrative processes efficiently to support the wider Belgium Account team and coordinate with support functions to meet client service expectations.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple campaigns and projects with various service components.
* Liaising with stakeholders such as co-packers, retailers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
* Planning and managing costs for POS and display campaigns, including 3D temporary displays.
* Escalating vendor performance issues when necessary.
* Working with suppliers to meet critical path schedules.
* Managing local billing and invoicing requirements.
* Monitoring reports and ensuring financial compliance across projects.
* Supporting operational housekeeping, forecasting, and billing accuracy.
* Collaborating with finance, local teams, and clients to resolve invoicing and PO issues.
* Assisting with procurement system administration, including job creation and documentation uploads.
* Tracking KPIs and reporting using tools like Power BI and internal platforms.
* Participating in daily team calls for updates and alignment.
* Ensuring internal processes and compliance are maintained.
* Providing support with supplier invoice reviews, compliance checklists, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Fluent in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience or qualifications in Operations, Logistics, Business, Administration, or Finance.
* Proactive learner with good communication skills, comfortable working with internal and external teams.
