Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d) / Construction, Volpiano We are expanding our activities in Italy and are seeking a Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d), reporting to the PA & Technical Marketing Manager. The role involves supporting market opportunities and providing effective solutions to stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide back-office technical support to clients and the sales team. Assist the Technical Specification staff with daily prescription activities in the field. Send spontaneous emails to the “specificators” database. Support marketing by drafting technical documentation, product & certificates benchmarks, and product lists (calculation software, etc.). Provide market feedback, highlighting needs for new solutions to meet client expectations and requests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture. Proven technical support experience (minimum 2 years). Ability to identify and define technical requirements and develop optimal solutions. Experience in insulation solutions within construction is a plus. Knowledge of building physics (thermal insulation, acoustics, passive fire protection). Ability to handle multiple requests with appropriate prioritization. Team player with good communication skills, attentive to customer needs. Organized, innovative, proactive, inclusive, and relationship-oriented. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
