The successful candidate will be working together with senior members of the team, supporting the drafting of a wide range of documents relating to corporate, commercial and real estate transactions. Candidates need to be able to produce good drafts of corporate governance documentation, commercial agreements and contracts and will be asked to help lead the delivery of corporate, real estate and commercial transactions.
