PpbSenior specialist - Digital Acquisition NOW /b /ppbRole Responsibilities: /b /ppYou will join the Digital Advertising team within the Digital Acquisition unit and will help to manage NOW Sport campaigns across the entire digital funnel (from awareness to performance).br/The goal is to effectively showcase our sports content (UEFA / Motorsports / Tennis / Basketball, etc.) to users through paid advertising (social, video strategy, search, etc.) in order to acquire new customers. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliContribute to the definition of full-funnel digital advertising plans for the various launches of our sports content /liliSupport the definition of budget allocation together with Marketing and the Media agency, managing the awareness/performance split across all channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) /liliSupport on coordination of creative assets with the Communication team and external agencies /liliSupport on coordination with Marketing to identify which sports events to promote through digital advertising campaigns, including viewing appointments /liliSupport on coordination with media partnersfor campaign setup and troubleshooting /liliMonitor reporting through dashboards and Excel, using data provided by the agency, and extract additional insights via Tableau or Adobe Analytics /liliOptimize campaigns based on performance data, contributing to adjustments in budget allocation across channels /liliSupport the delivery of qualitative and quantitative insights on campaign results to Marketing and Top Management /liliSupport on coordination with Sky’s media and digital brand/trading teams to avoid overlap across different touchpoints /liliSupport on coordination with UK teams on Martech-related developments /li /ulpRequired Skills Qualifications: /pulliPassion for digital advertising fields /liliStrong passion for sports content /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /liliStrong analytical skills /liliAbility to coordinate across different business functions /liliStrong problem-solving mindset /liliProject management attitude /liliFluency in English /li /ulpbSky favorisce l’inserimento di ogni forma di talento.
