At OSLO, we are looking for a part-time / on-call employee to join our founding team at our first European location in Milan.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about food and high-quality ingredients. As we are a young startup, being part of our team means being involved in all aspects of daily operations: setting the mood for guests, assisting in the kitchen, or keeping work areas clean and organized.
We are seeking a hands-on individual who is eager to grow with the business. This role is about more than serving cakes and ice cream – it's about crafting memorable experiences and becoming an integral part of the community we are building at OSLO Milan.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Experience in kitchen, F&B, or hospitality
* Passion for food and customer experience
* Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
* HACCP certification + Pastry school
