We are seeking new collaborators to join our team at the Taranto store location. Depending on your profile and experience, you may be considered for one of the following roles: Assistant Store Manager, Addetto Vendite, Apprendista Addetto Vendite, Addetto Vendite a chiamata, Addetto Vendite 8 ore domenicali, or Operatore di Filiale.
As part of our store team, you will be responsible for various operational activities within our stores and contribute daily to making our customers' shopping experience more enjoyable. The Role
* If you have experience in the retail or GDO sector, as an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key support for all management activities, such as personnel and assortment management.
* If you value customer contact, you can challenge yourself in the Addetto Vendite position through cash register activities, merchandise replenishment, and customer assistance.
* If you have completed your studies and want to gain experience in the world of large-scale distribution, the Apprendista Addetto Vendite position will allow you to collaborate with the team for efficient store management. You will be responsible for product replenishment, cash register operations, and customer assistance.
* If you are looking for a job that allows you to manage your life with some flexibility, the Addetto Vendite a chiamata position will give you the opportunity to work in a dynamic context and support your colleagues in sales activities.
* If you are studying or are engaged in a part-time job, the Addetto Vendite 8 ore domenicali position will allow you to enter our reality without abandoning what you are already doing.
* If you are new to the world of commerce, the Operatore di Filiale position is right for you: you will be responsible for cleaning and replenishing shelf operations, ensuring fundamental support for daily activities within the store.
The Profile We Are Looking For
* You have a high school diploma.
* You put the customer at the center of your daily activities and commit to ensuring they return the next day.
* You believe that together we can achieve better results.
* You can perform multiple activities simultaneously, defining the right priorities.
* You are interested in the large-scale distribution sector.
Additional Requirements
* For the Apprendista Addetto Vendite position: age between 18 and 29 years (DLgs 81/2015) and no prior experience in the large-scale distribution sector (DLgs 81/2015).
* For the Addetto Vendite 8 ore domenicali position: university student who wants to combine study and work, part-time worker looking for a weekend job, or young person under 25 years old who wants to take their first steps in the world of work.
