About the Role - We are seeking a Regional Operations Lead to manage all sites for one of our major international clients, located in Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal. The position will be based in Italy (Lombardy or Veneto) and will require regular international travel.
Operations:
* Management of key client relationships
* Management reporting key account team and cluster
* Management and organization of multi- site IFM program
* Overall responsibility to ensure all IFM service level agreements are achieved
* Identify, develop, and implement policies and procedures, and terms and conditions, as required by the business, both internally and externally
* Ensure compliance of ISO standards across IFM Operation
* Compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and all other company legislation
* Own and drive all not core technical services, across entire portfolio
* Implement OpEx and best practices, across all Regions
Human Resources:
* Influencing and motivating Facility Management teams, by setting team direction
* Ensuring effective communication, throughout teams and offering support when needed
* Setting and influencing operational culture, in line with company values
* Involvement in Recruitment and Selection process on occasions
* Drive training and development needs for the FM Operation
Qulifications:
* Recognized FM, Business management or Engineering qualification essential
* Fluent in English language, both written and spoken
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facility Management industry
* Proficient use of MS Office suite
* Full clean driving license
* Experience working in a GxP environment desirable
Required Skills:
* Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
* Strong Financial competency in all aspects of business management
* Ability to lead successful facility management teams
What We Offer:
Direct hiring, permanent, full-time, 40-hour week. Salary and level commensurate with the successful candidate's experience (RAL 45K-50K)
