The simplicity of the process as well as the use of readily available off-the-shelf equipments opens the way for Energy Dome to quickly become an important player in the energy storage market. /p pOur organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and we are seeking a seasoned bConstruction Site Supervisor /b to join the Project Management Construction Department. /p pThe Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a construction site, from mobilization to demobilization. He/She will ensure that site activities are carried out safely, within budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with quality and HSE standards. /p pDuring the execution and installation phases, the Construction Site Supervisor will oversee areas, subcontractors, and activities. /p pDuring the commissioning phase, the Construction Site Supervisor will maintain responsibility over site areas, while the Commissioning Manager assumes operational responsibility for commissioning activities. /p pHe/She will lead a multidisciplinary team composed of supervisors, HSE and quality representatives, logistic site manager and will work in close coordination with the Project Manager and the Commissioning Manager. /p h3Tasks and Duties /h3 ul liResponsible for site setup and mobilization, through to demobilization at project close-out. /li liEnsure implementation of all HSE procedures in accordance with the project HSE Plan. /li liApply and supervise quality standards based on the Project Quality Plan. /li liOrganize and coordinate daily activities, allocating responsibilities and resources. /li liMaintain and regularly update the project schedule in coordination with the planner. /li liSupervise works and contractors during execution and installation phases. /li liEnsure proper management of handovers between contractors and project phases, including: /li liFrom civil works to mechanical installation, e.g. handover of concrete foundations to the mechanical contractor for equipment anchoring. /li liFrom mechanical completion to commissioning, e.g. handover of installed systems to the commissioning team for functional testing and energization. /li liFrom electrical installation to commissioning, e.g. HV substation handover for energization and protection system testing. /li liFinal handover to operations or service teams, ensuring all documentation and punch list items are closed. /li liApprove and manage site Non-Conformities (NCs) and follow up on resolution plans. /li liManage the closure of the punch list, in collaboration with Quality and Commissioning teams. /li liIn the commissioning phase, maintain responsibility over the work areas and interface with the Commissioning Manager. /li liEnsure safe and efficient progress of site activities while managing interfaces among disciplines. /li liEnsure documentation compliance: permits, registers, checklists, and reports. /li liAct as the hierarchical lead for site supervisors, Quality Site Manager, and HSE Site Manager /li liNote: the HSE Site Manager is functionally aligned with the corporate HSE Manager /li liReport regularly to the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and key risks. /li /ul h3Technical Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. /li liMinimum 5 years of relevant experience as Site Supervisor or Construction Lead. /li liStrong familiarity with HSE, QA/QC, construction permitting and commissioning practices. /li liExperience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. /li liKnowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li liWillingness to travel and work abroad on international projects and to move for medium - term periods /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liNatural leadership and team management abilities. /li liOrganized, with excellent planning and time management skills. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to anticipate problems and propose effective solutions. /li liResilience and adaptability in dynamic environments. /li liAnalytical thinking and decision-making under pressure. /li /ul h3Other Information /h3 pLocation: On site (national/international, globally), with occasional presence at HQ in Milan /p pAvailability to travel: Required 90% of the time /p h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent, full-time contract. /li liA challenging role in a rapidly growing international company. /li liOpportunities for career progression in multicultural and cross-functional teams. /li liContinuous learning and exposure to high-tech, sustainable energy infrastructure projects. /li liA company culture that values initiative, innovation and personal growth. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
