Job DescriptionHitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Business Performance Management Support who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Naples - IT.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage the progress of work related to subcontracts and subcontractors.
Ensure the scheduling of technical specifications and the issuance of purchase requests.
Monitor and finalize investment requests by analyzing and aggregating needs.
Plan tools and equipment, ensuring the issuance of purchase requests for depot supply needs and monitoring correct processes.
Cost Center (CDC) planning – analyse cost item needs for each CDC, plan related budgets, perform rolling analysis, and manage reclassifications.
Plan and manage Service & Maintenance workload.
Conduct periodic headcount analysis, correlating it with the operational needs of the Lines of Business (LOBs), to define an aggregated recruitment and/or resource allocation plan.
Share with S&M; functions the target values of the entity's KPIs (hourly rate, dispersion, absenteeism, workload, controllable costs, investment progress, etc.) to ensure monitoring and mitigation actions in case of deviations.
Define update reports for corporate, ensuring their management and updating.
Monitor invoicing to the Client for contractual fees, support the formulation of goods receipt requests and correlate them with the progress of fees to suppliers.
Support LOBs/Functions in identifying key operational and/or process issues, defining resolution plans and related monitoring.
Required Skills
Proven experience in managing multinational operations and intercultural teams.
Experience in railway projects and maintenance planning.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with SAP.
Budget management and cost planning skills.
Education and QualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Economics, or a Technical Diploma.
LanguagesFluency in Italian and English is required.
