ROLE The person will provide support to the controlling team of PowerLink for all the activities related to projects’ controlling, monthly financial closure and reporting to the HQ. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Projects’ cost control and cost allocations between the projects - Monthly review of the projects’ budget to be used for the monthly closure and forecast - Analysis of the open purchase orders in SAP - Support to the Project Management team to explain the projects’ performance - Support the invoicing process to the customer - Process the month end accruals - Verification of the correctness of the invoices received in terms of the VAT and check the existence of the purchase order - Provide the financial details needed by the branches to comply with local fiscal duties - Support the month end closure and the preparation of the reporting to the Headquarter - Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
