Descrizione

Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: NAS Sigonella


Scope

Responsible for planning, implementing, and enforcing the Quality Management System (QMS). Independent from operations.


Duties

* Develops and maintains the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
* Ensures quality procedures are applied across all functional areas.
* Supervises Quality Control Managers/inspectors.
* Conducts trend analysis of inspection data, reporting deficiencies and recommending improvements.
* Serves as primary point of contact for Government QAEs.
* Ensures documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions are complete and accurate.
* Leads quality awareness training for all contract staff.
* Provides monthly and quarterly quality performance reports.


Mandatory Experience & Certifications

* ASQ CMQ/OE (Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence).
* Minimum five years of experience developing and enforcing QMS programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
* Cannot be the PM or SSHO.


Preferred / Desirable Certifications

* ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
* Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
