* Processing receipts, sales invoices, and payments
* Preparing data for VAT return
* Answering the phone and reading/sending emails to clients
* Organizing all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.
* Interfacing regularly with suppliers and vendors.
* Attending trade shows and sales events with the team.
* Reviewing tenders.
* Supporting the team during the daily and monthly workflow
* Showcasing exemplary customer service and resolving customer situations diplomatically whilst abiding by all our company policies.

Requirements
* Graduate of Finance/Accountancy or Business Studies and Administration willing to gain an in-depth experience in business admin and accounting within an international luxury company.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory (CPE or equivalent certificate ).
* Proficiency in Italian is mandatory; knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated.
