If so, DHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you In this role as Insourcing Controller you will support insourcing transformational agenda from Controlling point of view: insourcing program management incl project reporting, preparation of reviews, etc. Provide transparency on “new direct staff” model for each single case to be insourced. Calculation of gross and net costs impact and respective benefits and daily / monthly follow up monitoring of cost development for insourced operations Your Main Accountabilities are Insourcing management (finance prospective) project reporting, preparation of reviews Calculation of gross and net costs impact and respective benefits each insourcing case Provide overview on progress in optimizing operational process Calculation of economic impact of improvement actions; draw action plans together with site managers and ensure follow up Monitor cost and revenue KPIs related to the insourced work force Monthly reporting and forecasting incl risk & opp assessment Development and creation of tool set for insourcing project and provide financial KPIs What we need from you Master's degree in Finance / Economics / Business Administration Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in a finance environment preferably in a supply chain logistic operations controlling or BU controlling environment Experience in cost controlling and KPIs monitoring Internationally oriented and fluent in Italian and English No direct reports and open to work in team Systems knowledge : Initiative and drive - ensure staff costs transparency of warehousing direct model J-18808-Ljbffr
