Italy. /ppbr/ppAs a member of the site team, the mechanical and piping prefabrication supervisor is primarily responsible for supervising all activities involved in the manufacturing of the skids cold coordination with the project QA/QC Manager, prepare and validate all quality documents required for proper execution. /ppEnsure the quality of construction and installation works in accordance with contractual requirements. /ppEnsure that the installation of pressure vessels, skids, water towers, and piping systems fully complies with project drawings and specifications. /ppCoordinate the resolution of technical issues and problems. /ppEnsure missing documents and engineering materials are identified and provided. /ppImplement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances. /ppReport quality defects and ensure their resolution. /ppIssue construction inspection reports in accordance with the ITP. /ppReview subcontractors’ documentation and verify as-built documentation contract and schedule. /ppReview bills of quantities and invoicing statements. /ppValidate additional works by checking estimated versus completed hours. /ppComplete weekly reports, including
