Santa Maria La Nave is a family-owned boutique winery on Mount Etna, dedicated to extreme high-altitude
viticulture and the preservation of the volcano’s extraordinary biodiversity.
Each wine experience we host is conceived as a private, refined and deeply personal encounter with place, nature
and time.
We are now looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our team and grow with us over the long
term, supporting our hospitality and wine experience activities at the highest level.
The Role
This is a 360-degree hospitality role, ideal for someone who loves wine, elegance, precision and human relationships.
After appropriate training, the selected candidate will:
• Welcome selected international guests for exclusive private wine experiences
• Independently host tastings at our high-altitude Tasting Home in Contrada Nave, with full attention to detail,
storytelling and service quality
• Support the preparation and execution of private visits, tastings and special events
• Contribute to logistics and operations related to wine shipments and inventory, ensuring excellence also
behind the scenes
Who We Are Looking For
• Genuine passion for fine wine, hospitality and biodiversity
• Natural elegance in welcoming guests and caring for their experience
• Strong sense of responsibility, discretion and attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset and positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a small, excellence-driven team
• Very Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)
Location & Flexibility
• Mainly based at our Tasting Home in Contrada Nave (Bronte / Maletto)
• Flexibility to work during week-ends xjrgpwk especially in peak season
• Full flexibility required to support activities also at our Monte Ilice (Trecastagni)estate
