Commercial & Operations Manager Vision executives are experts in international recruitment for the eyecare industry and we have partnered exclusively with a leading ophthalmology clinic to find them a Commercial & Operations Manager to operate in Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the commercial operations of multiple eye clinics within this region, playing a crucial role in our rapid growth and success. Your responsibilities will include: - Oversee the efficient and smooth running of a clinic and practice facility in Italy, ensuring operational excellence. - Collaborate regularly with senior physicians to develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving growth targets. - Ensure high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience through continuous process optimization and quality management initiatives. - Produce comprehensive reports on site performance, progress, and challenges, and communicate these effectively with the Head of Operations Italy. - Identify and leverage opportunities for business growth, including supporting the development of new facilities and acquisitions. - Establish and promote innovative treatment methods to position the company as a leader in ophthalmology in Italy. - Manage economic negotiations and maintain strong relationships with supplier companies. What we are looking for: - A degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a comparable qualification. - Several years of experience in a management position within the healthcare sector, preferably in ophthalmology, clinic management, or operations management. - Profound knowledge of quality management and process optimization. - Ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with a strong focus on economic outcomes. - Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems effectively. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. - Fluency in Italian and English is essential. - Willingness to travel within Italy as needed. - Reliable, diligent, and accurate with the ability to perform under pressure in stressful situations.
