For __Kärcher__ Spa sited in Rho (Milan)__ we search a __Sr Ecommerce Key Account Specialist _: - You will report directly to the Online Sales Director and you will be an individual contributor (no direct reports), and you will be part of amazing European Team_ _Main activities and duties:_ - _Conducting negotiations with Brand Specialist and all counterparts, actively involving all e-commerce team_ - _Compiling the best possible Customer Plan based on the right assortment, promo and price_ - _Promoting the right stock level to fulfill customer need and give the right input in volume planning_ - _Monitoring product rating and defining action plan when needed_ - _Collaborating with internal function and external agency to create specific media and search plan_ - _Collaborating with Global & Southern-Europe e-commerce Teams to develop the Amazon Strategy_ - _Ensuring the right paper turnover and payment process between Karcher and Amazon, involving all the function to minimize claims, deduction and returns_ - _Managing promotions, search activities and advertising in Amazon_ _Background: _ - _A Bachelor’s degree in the area of economic business, commercial or similar_ - _Masters degree in E-commerce (preferred)_ - _Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Management with experience in E-commerce channels, direct sales in Market places and/ or brand online shop(s)_ - _Amazon and other pure players experience is a must_ - _Coming from a Marketplace is a plus._ _Language skills: _ - Advanced English level, confident negotationg._ _Required competences:_ - _Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions. Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/Automatio of regular reports (KPIs)_ - _Solve practical problems and real with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists_ - _Understanding of online marketing KPIs_ - _Understanding the global view of a Omnichannel_
