What Do We Look For?
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Italian

What Will You Work On?
* Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome as they enter the restaurant
* Managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth guest flow in the dining area
* Providing accurate wait time estimates and managing the waitlist when needed
* Assisting guests with inquiries, offering menu recommendations, and answering any questions they may have
* Collaborating with the service and kitchen teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations
* Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and managing the overall ambiance of the dining area
* Supporting the team in maintaining Nusr-Et's exceptional service standards for all guests
* Cashier and back-office duties
