On-site supervision and technical inspection of installation work in the field of MEPManagement and coordination of the external installation companyDocumentation of construction progress, including preparation of construction site reportsReview and approval of quantity statements and performance records of contractorsParticipation in project meetings and coordination with customers, departments, and partnersEnsuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and all legal requirementsCompleted training as a technician or master craftsman in mechanical engineering, supply engineering, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience as a construction manager in complex technical projectsIn-depth knowledge of monitoring and quality control of technical building equipmentProven experience in managing external companies and coordinating technical construction processesFluent written and spoken Italian and English (Italian language skills are essential), German skills are an advantageValid driver's license
