Actively identify and remove obstacles that slow delivery while maintaining an environment that supports productivity. Backlog and Priority Support
Support the Product Owner with backlog management and guide the team regarding priorities and scope.
Delivery Metrics Management
Monitor team performance through delivery metrics and ensure expected results and commitments are achieved.
Delivery Process Oversight
Ensure continuous integration and release processes are followed and reinforce agreed team rules when necessary.
Team Protection from Distractions
Shield the team from external distractions and unnecessary interference that may impact delivery focus.
Project Tool Administration
Create, configure, and maintain workflows in a widely used Agile project and issue tracking platform.
Problem Solving Facilitation
Encourage structured problem solving and elevate issues only when the team cannot resolve them independently.
Requirements
Scaled Agile Leadership Experience
Experience leading Lean Agile delivery across large, complex projects and distributed teams working across multiple locations.
Ability to measure Agile initiatives using Lean portfolio metrics and evaluate delivery performance. Strong backlog management practices including refinement, prioritization, and facilitation techniques. Agile Tool Configuration Experience
Hands‑on experience configuring and managing workflows in a widely used Agile project management platform.
Software Development Lifecycle Knowledge
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle with strong awareness of customer‑centric delivery.
Stakeholder Management Expertise
Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders within an Agile delivery environment.
Communication and Alignment Skills
Excellent communication skills ensuring project scope and expectations are clearly understood by stakeholders.
Strong commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of recognized Agile best practices. Experience with risk identification, risk mitigation strategies, and risk‑based planning. Team Leadership and Motivation
Ability to motivate teams, recognize talent, and bring out the best performance in individuals.
